All our cakes come in buttercream or fondant finish. Our cakes have 4 layers of fluffy sponge and are then filled with complementing buttercreams, jams or curds. Underneath fondant, cakes are covered in dark, milk or white chocolate ganache. This provides a foundation for a smooth and flawless finish.
