Flavours

All our cakes come in buttercream or fondant finish. Our cakes have 4 layers of fluffy sponge and are then filled with complementing buttercreams, jams or curds. Underneath fondant, cakes are covered in dark, milk or white chocolate ganache. This provides a foundation for a smooth and flawless finish.

Classic Victoria Sponge

Vanilla Sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry or raspberry jam

Chocolate

An indulgent chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate buttercream

Chocolate Orange

Chocolate fudge cake infused with orange zest filled with orange buttercream

Zesty Lemon/Orange

Zesty lemon/ orange sponge drizzled in lemon/orange syrup and filled with curd and buttercream

Salted Caramel

Soft Toffee sponge filled with salted caramel buttercream

Red velvet

Moist layers of red cocoa cake filled with Madagascan Vanilla buttercream

Peanut Butter

Vanilla or chocolate sponge filled with peanut butter buttercream and sprinkled with crushed peanuts

Cookies & Cream

Light and fluffy vanilla sponge speckled with crushed cookies filled with more cookies in vanilla buttercream

Cherry Bakewell

Moist almond sponge filled with cherry conserve and almond flavoured buttercream

Black Forest Inspired

Moist chocolate cake layered with cherry conserve and vanilla buttercream

Coconut and Lime

Exotic coconut sponge cake filled with homemade lime curd and buttercream
